0.3.2 Aesthetic update - Battle & Map Options
-- Working on today's devlog and realised I forgot to publish last weeks... oops! Here it is: :) --
Hey everyone!
I’ve been hard at work on Hunter's Hand this past week, and I’m excited to share some of the latest changes that have made their way into the game!
- Custom Cursor & Aiming Crosshair: I’ve added a custom cursor and an aiming crosshair to enhance your targeting experience during battles. It should make your card-based combat feel even more engaging!
- Post-Processing Effects: I’ve introduced some atmospheric changes in the battle scene with new fog, rain, leaves, and snow effects. Plus, I’ve added a darker vignette in the run scene to give it that haunting vibe we all love.
- Custom Map option backgrounds - I've hand-crafted a unique location in Blender for each map option. You'll see a few of these on the pop up map path options in this build, so far just as stills, but I'm currently finalising the moving versions.
I’m really looking forward to hearing what you think about these updates! Have you tried out the new features yet? Let me know your thoughts!
